Dave Frantik
Senior Loan Officer / Real Estate Agent

Dave Frantik was born in Illinois and grew up in the Chicago area. After
graduating from Naperville Central High School, he attended Ball State University in
Muncie, Indiana for the first two years of his college career. After completing the
majority of his undergraduate courses, he transferred to Florida State University to
complete his studies at one of the top business schools in the country. Graduating with a
double major (Management, and Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management).

Dave left Florida to go back to Chicago, to help his family manage their small business.
After helping out the family for a couple years, Dave got the itch to follow his
dream of living and working in a warm climate. He made the decision to move to San
Diego, California. Not only did San Diego have good weather, but it also offered a
lifestyle with so many possibilities of things to do, and places to work.

Renting an apartment in San Diego soon led to a job managing a local skateboard
manufacturing company called Dregs Skateboards. While managing that business, Dave
began to take classes to get his California real estate license. After completing the
required courses and passing the state exam, Dave was recruited by The Golden Dome
Group.

Originally recruited to be a loan officer for the financial division of Golden
Dome, he quickly trained and began to also do work for the Realty division. He started
helping a large number of first time homebuyers’ find a home, and provided them with
their first mortgages. Many of the buyers put little or no money down. As the years went
by, Dave continued to help clients purchase, and list real estate, as well as help them with
their mortgages.

Refinancing clients’ mortgages has also been a large part of Dave’s business.
He’s helped with all types of mortgages for all situations over the years. Whether it’s a
lower rate with a lower payment, consolidating debt, or adding equity lines, he’s helped

Troy has over 12 years experience in the mortgage industry; and over 15 years experience in theretail finance field.

Troy’s expertise is helping clients that have credit challenges as well as clients with hard to verify income streams. Where other loan officers may give up on these types of people, Troy looks forward to the challenge and the reward. Troy has excelled for years in helping these types of clients achieve the financial stability that they deserve.

Troy is always searching out new products and technology in the mortgage industry to help out and educate his customer base.

Troy is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Amy Goff
Senior Loan Officer/Real Estate Agent

Amy Goff grew up in Redlands, California. After attending Crafton Hills College for a
few years, she moved to the bay area to attend San Jose State University. Here she
majored in psychology with a minor in sociology. Amy graduated from San Jose with
honors and went on to do a yearlong internship at Stanford University. After concluding
her internship she made the decision to move to San Diego;
a place she had always dreamed of living.

Upon relocating to San Diego, Amy was recruited to become a loan officer/real estate
agent by The Golden Dome Group. After joining The Golden Dome Group, Amy set her
focus on helping her clients achieve the goal of home ownership. Amy specializes in
obtaining home ownership for first time buyers.

Amy also takes pride in helping current homeowners achieve financial freedom with
various creative loan programs. It gives her great satisfaction to know that she has
helped change someone’s life for the better.

Another focus of Amy’s commitment to the community is witnessed by her constant
volunteer work. She focuses on helping the underprivileged youth and people with
disabilities.

Fatemeh Aghazadeh
Senior Loan Officer

Fatemeh grew up in La Crescenta, CA and moved to San Diego in 1999 to obtain her B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University. Fatemeh has originated, processed and funded loans for over 6 years working for a well known nationwide bank, and has recently accepted a position at the Golden Dome Group to better assist her clients.

Fatemeh is very motivated and competitive in this dynamic market by offering a wider selection of loan products to suit her clients’ financial needs at the lowest rates available. She specializes in helping clients with all types of financial situations.
