Gina attended Orange Coast College’s Culinary Arts Program and was part of the school’s award winning Culinary Competition Team. After receiving training at the Orange Coast College in their acclaimed Culinary Arts Program, Gina worked as the Lead pastry chef in the Five Diamond/Four Star Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton-Laguna Niguel
